To The Nines presents Get Jack’d at Sports Creek! Halloween is right around the corner, so come dressed in your spookiest or most boo-tiful attire! The sand workout will be led by ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Teresa Nguyen, and everyone will use a pumpkin as their weight, during the exercises.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and you may know someone close that has battled or is currently battling breast cancer or another type of cancer. Teresa's mother beat breast cancer a decade ago! Cancer Research Institute works to find immunotherapies to end all cancers. Twenty percent of the proceeds from this event will go to the Cancer Research Institute to find a cure for breast cancer. <3
